BRIEF HISTORY

Selva & Associates is headed by its Principal Proprietor and Managing Director Mr.Selva Rasan who is a Chartered Accountant. He has with him audit and tax experience spanning over 25 years. He became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in the year 2000 and later established and initially operated the firm Selva & Associates as a non-audit firm from 1st December 2002 to 8th August 2006 and later operated as an audit firm from 8th August 2006 till now.

Mr. Selva holds the following professional qualifications and with professional membership in esteemed professional associations:

  • Chartered Accountant (M), Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), Certified Financial Planner
  • Chartered Tax Practitioner, Member of the Chartered Tax Institute Malaysia (CTIM)

  • Certified Financial Planner (Trade Member of the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia) FPAM
