The Law: All companies and individuals(operating as sole-proprietors or on a partnership) basis must prepare a full set of account on a yearly basis and keep proper supporting documents. All financial and accounting records must be kept for a minimum 7 years in order to facilitate all relevant regulatory bodies inspection.
