BRIEF HISTORY

The firm has been in existence for the past 10 years and headed by its Principal Partner and Managing Director Mr.Selva Rasan who is a Chartered Accountant. He was with PriceWaterhouseCoopers for a few years before setting up his on Practice under the name Selva& Associates. He has with him audit and tax experience spanning over 13 years. He became a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants in the year 2000 and later established and initially operated the firm Selva & Associates as a non-audit firm from 1st December 2002 to 8th August 2006 and later operated as an audit firm from 8th August 2006 till now. The Firm is registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is also the Managing Director of Cyrel Tax Care Sdn Bhd (920915-U), which provides all taxation advisory, compliance and related services.
